There may be some pain after the effect of anesthesia wears off.
The use of painkillers will be sufficient in this case.

Will bruising and swelling occur after wisdom tooth extraction?

Swelling and color changes in the cheek vary from person to person and depending on the condition of the tooth.
It is very important to apply ice on the first day after extraction to prevent swelling.
